    Great article! I love kettlebells and use them regularly now. I lost 55 pounds and since I don’t have a lot of time to workout, kettlebells are the perfect solution for me.

    I don’t buy the cheap kettlebells at Walmart or Target since they are very poor quality with rough handles that will rip your hands up.
