This sports performance camp will increase your linear and lateral speed and ability to change direction quickly.

 week 2 -jump increase your vertical

This sports performance camp teaches you how to jump properly and reduce your risk of injury while increasing your vertical jump.

 week 3 -strength increase your strength for sports

This sports performance camp will increase muscular and core strength which will improve overall athletic performance.

week 4 -balance & flexibility reduce your risk of injury

This sports performance camp will reduce the risk of injury by increasing an athletes range of motion.
